On 25 May 2018 the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will replace the Data Protection Act 1998.
How we use pupil and parent information
Under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we are obliged to inform you of the information we hold on and your child(ren), what we use it for, who we share it with, and for how long we keep it. This privacy notice (also known as a fair processing notice) aims to provide you with this information. We, Edgware Primary School, are the Data Controller for the purposes of data protection law.
